Responsibilities:
- Regularly visit customers to ensure timely payments, resolve complaints, and provide updates.
- Identify opportunities to do better during customer visits.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payments, and service-related issues.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to implement on-ground strategies for achieving sales targets.
