Key Responsibilities
Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks and overall delivery across project sites.
Coordinate with relevant regulatory bodies, regulatory and grid-interconnection requirements.
Manage EPC contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
Monitor project costs, procurement, contractor performance and deliverables.
Coordinate land, E&S, HSE and other project-development requirements.
Maintain project documentation, reports, trackers and milestone updates, including on relevant energy-sector project platforms.
Identify project risks and delays and drive timely resolution.
Provide regular progress updates to management and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Power Systems, Project Management, Construction Management or a related field.
3–5 years experience in project management or project delivery, preferably in renewable energy, power, EPC or infrastructure.
Experience with solar PV, mini-grid, BESS, power distribution or grid-interconnected projects.
Experience managing contractors, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
Experience working on donor-funded, government-supported or similar renewable energy/infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Software & Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project-management/scheduling tools.
Experience with energy-sector project management and reporting platforms such as Odyssey Energy Solutions is an advantage.
Strong project planning, coordination, reporting, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Strong technical understanding of renewable energy projects and ability to coordinate effectively with engineers and EPC contractors.
Willingness to travel periodically to project sites in Ondo and Delta States.
