We are seeking to hire an exceptional, detail-oriented, and ambitious Sales and Marketing lead to head the transport sales team at NoemdDek Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for both organic and inorganic strategic programs which include growth strategy, operational and process improvements, client sourcing, client negotiation, and management, etc. In this role, you will work on creating and implementing various digital marketing campaigns to help drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding clients requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
  • Collaborate with other managers and key employees in sales and marketing department to achieve important goals
  • Develop field sales action plans and advertising to accomplish marketing and sales goals
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business management or other related field
  • Must have 3 - 5 years of experience in the marketing field.
  • 1 - 2 years of management experience
  • Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
  • Proven record of meeting sales targets.
  • Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods.
  • Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g., online tools and social media)
  • Good experience in designing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent time management and Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong leadership skills, highly self-motivated, Independent and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft office suites and marketing software.
