Job Description:

As an Operations Analyst at Madison & Park Limited, you will play a vital role in assisting the company's operations department in optimizing overall performance. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, interpreting data, and providing valuable insights to improve operational efficiency and drive organizational growth. Your expertise in data-driven decision-making will contribute to improving processes, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the execution of experiential marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement and brand experience.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing activations, events, and customer experience touchpoints.

3. Identify operational gaps that affect customer experience and recommend practical improvements to enhance delivery.

4. Conduct basic market and customer observations to support experiential marketing planning and execution.

5. Ensure smooth implementation of experiential marketing activities through effective coordination and process management.

6. Monitor the performance of experiential activities and provide feedback to improve future execution.

7. Develop and maintain process documentation and SOPs to ensure consistency in experiential marketing delivery.

8. Assist in implementing operational improvements that enhance customer experience and engagement.

9. Stay updated on trends in experiential marketing and customer engagement to support continuous improvement.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
4. Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar software.
5. Solid understanding of operations management principles and best practices.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
7. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
9. Proactive mindset with a strong desire to contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
