Marketing Analyst

We are seeking to hire a young an exceptional, detail-oriented, and ambitious Junior Marketing Analyst at Madison & Park Limited.

Our Sister Company, Madison & Park Limited, is a 360 suit marketing agency, focused on driving value by working with our clients across all phases of their marketing life cycle, from strategy development to all areas of execution through a variety of platforms such as advertising and in-trade promotions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for both organic and inorganic strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work on creating and implementing various digital marketing campaigns to help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Conducting research on consumer and market trends, target demographics, and competing brands.
• Perform valid and reliable market research SWOT analysis
• Designing and implementing market and consumer surveys
• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data
• Preparing detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors' activities, outcomes, and sales
• Monitoring customer bases and identifying new ones
• Forecasting future market, consumer, and sales trends
• Working with the marketing team to inform and develop marketing strategies
• Communicating with customers, competitors, and suppliers
• Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business management or related field
• 1 -3 years experience in marketing or related field.
• Posses search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
• Good knowledge of statistical packages, databases and analytical software
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Additional related short courses are beneficial
• Proficiency with computer programs, such as MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills
