Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis and prepare reports to support strategic business decisions.
• Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and investment evaluation.
• Assess investment opportunities, business performance, and potential financial risks.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and management reports.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend actions to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Oversee key finance processes, including reconciliations, receivables, payables, and financial reporting.
• Improve reporting tools, financial controls, and data analysis processes.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management on growth opportunities and business performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• B.Sc. degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or investment analysis.
• Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an added advantage.
• Strong commercial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data for decision-making
• Typing speed 40 WPM
