Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Support & Planning

    • Aid in developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with company goals.
    • Act as a sounding board for ideas, providing input, and troubleshooting as needed.
    • Support strategic planning, decision-making, and performance tracking to inform company direction.
  2. Project Management & Execution

    • Manage and execute high-priority projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  3. Research & Analysis

    • Conduct market, competitive, and pricing analyses to guide business development.
    • Surface data-driven insights that drive decision-making and provide tactical support.
  4. Stakeholder Relations

    • Build and maintain relationships with investors, partners, vendors, and customers.
    • Assist in investor relations, including communications and updates on company progress.
  5. Operations & Coordination

    • Provide operational support, including overseeing and optimizing internal processes.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, logistics, and managerial support to ensure day-to-day efficiency.
  6. Sales & Marketing

    • Support sales and marketing efforts through research, outreach, and campaign coordination.
    • Help identify new business opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
  7. Team Support

    • Work on team building, hiring support, and coordination of resources for growing teams.
    • Oversee and guide the work of other team members where needed, fostering collaboration.

Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields is preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (e.g., consulting, operations, project management). Startup experience is a plus.

    • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
