We are seeking to hire an exceptional, detail-oriented, and ambitious Digital Marketing Associate at NoemDek Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for both organic and inorganic strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will work on creating and implementing various digital marketing campaigns to help drive business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Devising innovative digital marketing campaigns, that feed into the organization's overarching marketing strategy
  • Creating engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organization's online brand
  • Implementing strategies to drive traffic to the organization
  • Creating and implementing a social media policy and framework for the organization
  • Managing the digital marketing budget, including allocating budgets across different channels and platforms
  • Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor services, and opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics.
  • Forecast market trends.
  • Monitor KPIs, and set up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels
  • Drive implementation of brand standards and business goals.
  • Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media, development of blogs and forums
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Research and implement marketing tools to support promotional projects.
  • Negotiate with media suppliers to achieve the best price for clients
  • Keep up to date with current digital trends


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, business management or related field.
  • 1 -3 years experience in marketing or related field.
  • Expertise in digital marketing.
  • Possess search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with computer programs, such as MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc)
  • Working knowledge of CRM programs.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking.
